[I] help request: no EXTERNAL-IP with ingress [apisix]

gigi206 opened a new issue, #10418:

   ### Description
   
   I follow this guide to install ingress: https://apisix.apache.org/docs/ingress-controller/deployments/k3s-rke/#install-apisix-and-ingress-controller
   I changed `--set gateway.type=NodePort` to `--set gateway.type=LoadBalancer` but no IP appears for external IPs.
   I use metallb to provision my external IPs.
   
   According to the FAQ (https://apisix.apache.org/docs/ingress-controller/next/FAQ/#why-does-my-ingress-resource-not-have-an-address), I also tried to set `--set ingress-controller.config.ingressPublishService=ingress-apisix/apisix-gateway` without success
   
   Any ideas ?
   
   ### Environment
   
   Helm: apisix
   Application version: 3.6.0
   Chart versions: 2.3.0

   I try to create the `ingressClass` without success (Cf https://github.com/apache/apisix-ingress-controller/blob/master/pkg/config/config.go#L59C20-L59C56):
   ```yaml
   apiVersion: networking.k8s.io/v1
   kind: IngressClass
   metadata:
     name: apisix
   spec:
     controller: apisix.apache.org/gateway-controller
   ```

   I have no `ingressClassName` named `apisix`:
   ```
   $ kubectl get ingressclass apisix
   Error from server (NotFound): ingressclasses.networking.k8s.io "apisix" not found
   ```

   `ingress-controller.config.ingressPublishService=ingress-apisix/ingress-apisix-gateway` fix the issue
