Announcement: Cross-platform Nutch launcher

Hi,

I've built a very simple cross-platform launcher tool for Nutch. You can
download it from :

Features:
- Ant-based
- Includes the Tomcat Application Server
- Easy crawling
- Easy deployment to Tomcat
- Windows users don't need to install Cygwin !
- Apache License

The included RUNNING.txt will help you get started.

Keep in mind this is a very simple tool. It was mainly designed to help
beginners who want to try Nutch.
