Working on it at this very moment. I'm using only a slightly modified
patch of the last one, but since it was reverted, I have to do double
verication to make sure it works. I'm trying it out against simple
examples and verified unicode works as expected, however haven't seen
the double output Sean reported about, so I'm hesitating to re-submit
basically the same patch. I'm contacting you offlist to see if you'd
care to test it out in your environment before I submit it. A separate
group here will also do testing on our applications, but it's takes a
few days because we don't only need to verify this one, but all the
other myfaces changes gone in the meantime (and we've been using a
version of this patch successfully for past 3-4 months).

The bug number for this is MYFACES-272, 435 is a closed duplicate.
