If you have a reproducible test case that demonstrates this problem, please add
it as an attachment to this bug report.  Otherwise, there is nothing we can do
with a report like this (and it will be closed with status WORKSFORME, because
this feature does in fact work for me and for many other people).

That being said, it is highly likely that this is an application programming
error.  To help understand *what* might be happening,the TOMCAT-USER mailing
list is a useful forum for asking and answering questions.  You can subscribe to
it via <http://jakarta.apache.org/site/mail.html>.
