export of templates for projectmgr

are there plans on providing a export specifically for project templates
I have one that is exports,zips, and downloads in the projectmgr.

As a side note anyone interested in having some templates as seed data?

also want to change the way templates are handled.
change
<set field="toTemplate" value="dummy"/>
to
<set field="toTemplate" value="tmplt"/>
then use this to pre-append to ID's
this will let templates be imported without conflict of workeffort ID's.
