RE: [users@httpd] Userdir and groups

I don't know specifically, but I suppose as a compromise, you could
parse the group list and handle the individual users' rights manually...
Do you have any hint's for my time-out problem? I've got a slow
generating PHP page, and I don't know if the 90 html response timeout is
in the cursor from MySQL, the PHP engine timeouts, or the apache
response timeout. I also don't know which config file I should be
looking in for each of these programs, b/c I'm using Windowz and I know
that's a little (lot) different than the linux I'm used to...

Is this the right group for my question? I'd hate to continue to post
in the wrong forum. :-)

Thanx everyone,
Dave

Subject: [users@httpd] Userdir and groups

Greetings,

I am in the process of configuring Apache 2.0 on a server that many
different users will have access to. At any given time, we may need to
allow or deny a user rights to host a website from within there account.

My question is, how can i set apache up to Disable userdir per group
basis
rather than per user basis??

Any suggestions or comments are welcome.

Thanks,

Aaron Axelsen
