Now that the first parent pom is available on the [Central Repo|https://repository.apache.org/index.html#view-repositories;releases~browsestorage~/org/apache/onami/org.apache.onami.parent/1-incubating/org.apache.onami.parent-1-incubating.pom], we can get rid of the {{relativePath}} and {{apache.snapshots}} repository in every pom component.
