There's a tiny problem in CHANGES.txt ... in the "Upgrade Notes" section, it says "Previously they would get logged in the solr.xml file" -- incorrect filename and no terminating period. The sentence on the previous line also has a space before the period. The extra space is also in the "New Features" mention.
