HadoopVersionInfoSuite use a separate ivyPath to download the jars, we can use `

HiveClientBuilder.ivyPath` and  specify environment variables `SPARK_VERSIONS_SUITE_IVY_PATH` like `VersionsSuite` to avoid downloading jars repeatedly and speed up the test.
