   Adding global parameters to timing scheduling failed, manual execution can succeed, error: task instance host is empty
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   version 3.0
   Add variable parameters, manual execution can be successful, add a scheduled task and report an error: task instance host is empty
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Create a new workflow at will, drag and drop the shell component, write echo "111" in the script, save the workflow, add global parameters, go online, set the scheduling time, and report an error: the task instance host is empty
