Thanks for the patch and sorry for the delay to get it applied. Please review the change.

The repository changed to git and is now available at:
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/opennlp.git

The opennlp repo at github is also available but has currently some sync issues. 

Our website will be updated soon.
