Latest/Nightly Axis1.2 JAR?

Hi,
    Does anyone know where I can get the latest Axis 1.2 JAR file. The
location mentioned (http://cvs.apache.org/dist/axis/nightly)
<http://cvs.apache.org/dist/axis/nightly>
on the website for nightly builds does not seem to contain it.

Does anyone know when the beta will come out?
