    Pull guacamole-common-js modules from git for tests.

    This change modifies the keyboard and mouse tests to use the latest guacamole-common-js source directly from git, rather than an ancient embedded copy of 0.9.9. The version used can also be overridden by specifying the `commit` parameter within the URL.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/guacamole-website test-guac-git

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/guacamole-website/pull/60.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
