Group "Jetspeed" by default

Hi,

I'm trying to create some new user in Jetspeed. The
problem is that for each group, there is the group
"Jetspeed" by default and I can't remove it. When I
remove it in this group in the User group, it's ok.
But when I come back to the user group, the group
Jestpeed is on.
So, I would like to know how I can remove this group
by default. I had a look in the properties files, but
I didn't find somehting usefull...
