[Bug 64925] Set LimitRequestFields = 0 fail the test

Hi,

server_rec.t does not seem to be part of the test framework, so giving hints
may not be easy.

However, you can run test in a more verbose mode.
What is the output of:
   t/TEST -v <your_path>/server_rec.t
?
