Use {{IGNITE_CLI_CONFIG_FILE}} to define path to the CLI config file which is currently defined as {{XDG_CONFIG_HOME/ignitecli/defaults}} where {{XDG_CONFIG_HOME}} defaults to {{~/.config}}.
