Trunk / Context Propagation

Hi guys,

I'm now at the point where I'd like to commit the implementation of the
process context propagation extension [1] to trunk. It mainly affects
compiler, engine, runtime, store and daos, no heavy refactorings but
changes here and there.

I'd like to do the commit mid Tue or Wed next week, so please let me
know if you have some outstanding changes that you want to commit first.
