Some messages cause Apple Mail hang during RETR command. Outlook and Thunderbird both can successfully download exactly same message. So the problem exhibits only when using Apple Mail.

Copy of the message which can be used to reproducing problem is attached. From description this issue looks similar to JAMES-1222.
