latest AjaxChildComboBox and IE

Hi!

Could someone please confirm that the AjaxChildComboBox component
(latest sandbox) is broken on Internet Explorer.

If so, we should open a jira ticket ... OR ... deprecate this component
and propose pprPanelGroup for this use case which makes handling a
little bit easer (once setup) as you can use the JSF select* components.

yes the component is broken on IE but not on firefox.

in order to verify the issue.

I would suggest to step forward like we did with the
autoUpdateDataTable component.
Deprecate it and recommend to use the more generic way of ppr.
