> As noted in INFRA-2270 and INFRA-2265, we're noticing a lot of wackiness in the Solr wiki after the upgrade ... some edits aren't triggering email notification, some edits are causing big chunks of pages to mysteriously get deleted, and some pages are flat out missing with no record that they ever existed (which may be a simple case of assholes deleting them and us not noticing because of the lack of commit emails, or it may be because they weren't converted properly during hte upgrade)
> From what i can tell, this is where a copy of "current" wiki data is being backed up (at some interval)...
> {noformat}
> hossman@minotaur$ pwd
> /x1/www/wiki.apache.org/data/solr/data
> {noformat}
> And this seems to be an older copy (presumably from just before the moin moin upgrade)...
> {noformat}
> hossman@minotaur$ pwd
> /x1/www/wiki.apache.org/data/solr/data.pre160
> {noformat}
> ...but the files in those directories are not readable by anyone but apbackup.
> Assuming i'm correct about what's in those directories: As a member of the Lucene PMC, I'd like to request a copy of each of those directories made available somewhere on people.apache.org so that we can compare them and assess just how bad all of the data is in the current wiki, and attempt to restore some of the missing pages/sections. If i'm not mistaken the log files in those directories will also probably help us figure out what/when some of the data got corrupt (ie: was it during the migration, or the result of vandalism that didn't trigger a notification email)
> Note: this request is separate from actually fixing the problems identified in those other issues -- we're just trying to get our hands on the data to mitigate the problems until the root bugs can be found/fixed.
