is it possible to access a file on IGFS via http interface on the cluster?

Hi,

No, Ignite doesn't provide HTTP API for IGFS. 

It's only possible to set up TCP endpoint for Hadoop integration as
described here:
https://apacheignite-fs.readme.io/docs/file-system#section-configure-ignite
