struts2-cdi-plugin-2.3.15.2.jar not in download

I've been looking for the cdi-plugin, expecting it to be in the
struts-2.3.15.2-all.zip download but its not there.  I couldn't find it in
the 2.3.15.1 download either.  A co-worker said he found it in a maven
repository but that he couldn't find the md5 hashes to verify the download.

Any reason this isn't included in the standard bundle?

I've added the cdi plugin to the assembly pom.xml. So with next version
2.3.16 also the CDI Plugin should be included.
