Anyone successful at building & deploying the struts JavaEdge App??

The Professional Struts Applications book, recently published by Wrox 
publishing company, uses the JavaEdge application to apply struts 
principles.

Has anyone been able to build the JavaEdge WAR file and deploy it on 
their Windows OS system?  I'm having difficulty getting the required 
applications configured to build and deploy this war file.  Any 
assistance would be greatly appreciated.
