mailing list and subversion migrations

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

As a heads up, I've filed requests with the Apache Infrastructure group to go
ahead and migrate these mailing lists from

vcl-dev@incubator.apache.org
vcl-user@incubator.apache.org

to

dev@vcl.apache.org
user@vcl.apache.org

and to migrate subversion from

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/vcl

to

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/vcl

As I understand it, everyone's subscriptions will be moved to the new lists
and forwarding rules will be set up for the old mailing list addresses to the
new ones.

These migrations happened yesterday. So, please start using the new addresses
for the lists - don't forget to update them in your address book if you have
them saved.

You can move your existing checkouts of the subversion repository. If you've
done lots of local changes, you may want to back it up before you switch.
First check to see if you checked it out with http or https (committers must
use https to make commits). You'll need to be in the top level path of your
checkout for some of these commands:

svn info .

In the output, you'll have a line starting with "URL:". For my checkout of
the web code, that was:

URL: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/vcl/trunk/web

Then, you'll need to remove the "incubator/" part of the URL and issue a
"switch" command. For my web code checkout, that was

svn switch https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/vcl/trunk/web

If you have a checkout of the top level of our repo using http, you would use

svn switch http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/vcl
