We're still in Alpha; Beta is what we're working toward :-).

Issue 787 is scheduled to be done before we reach Beta, that's why it
has the Beta milestone (it means "This issue must be resolved for the
named milestone to be reached").

It's not that serious a bug, because there are easy workarounds. The
difference between defect and enhancement can get kind of fuzzy,
yah...

Thanks for that, if someone does get a build together I'd be more than happy
to try it out on my box, if that will help.

All best

Andrew

The patch may be two lines, but testing that it will actually work
everywhere is another matter. If some committer with Windows
expertise and the right testing environment gets time to look at it,
then it will happen sooner.

You can't judge the complexity of a patch by counting its lines :-).

Thanks for info Karl and clarification much appreciated. I do understand the
point about the issue being resolved before the beta. What I was wondering
was since there is a two line patch that addresses this issue couldn't this
issue be resolved before 0.27 or 0.28.

I've not found easy workarounds, using Cygwin isn't that easy for unix no
knowledge peeps like myself :), and whilst I can easily apply the patch to
the source, building it is another matter entirely. If there are other
workarounds please let me know

Anyhow good luck moving on to betadom, and thanks for such a great
application

All best

Andrew
