Vietnamese request for updating the translation

I have made corrections to the translation lately and I would like to make
a request to adapt my current updated-translation to the new release of AOO.
I have tracked the email list to retrieve the guide to do so but I don't
know how to make an issuse.
Please help.

I got the notification in the issuse that you ask me :
" I assume that work on Pootle is already finished and that we
can proceed and import files from there. Please add a comment to this issue
to
say if we should import only https://translate.apache.org/vi/aoo40/ or also
https://translate.apache.org/vi/aoo40help/"

The translation for AOO help is not ready for this progress. Just the
translation for AOO.

See instructions from last week at
http://markmail.org/message/yy2kbju525jsuim4
and when you open the issue, if you have any doubts, ask here (or send
the link here anyway so we are sure it doesn't get overlooked).

Regards,
   Andrea.
