   in registerBrokerAll approach, has been called buildTopicConfigSerializeWrapper, why call needRegister method in the internal needs of buildTopicConfigSerializeWrapper again, why don't you pass parameters directly to needRegister method?

   Another question is DataVersion. After the Broker QueryDataVersionRequest, DataVersion has been compared in Namesrv. Why should the broker do the comparison again when it gets the response?
