   Hi, community,
     Publishing ShardingSphere-UI to docker hub will be a wonderful way for users to run and deploy it.
     Here are the tasks:
   
   - [ ] 1.modify ShardingSphere-UI release guide.
   
   - [ ] 2.build a ShardingSphere-UI release version using latest tag
   
   - [ ] 3.build a docker image and push it to docker hub
