[ANNOUNCE] Apache Hadoop 2.7.4 Release.

Hi everybody,

I am glad to announce that Apache Hadoop 2.7.4 has been voted in and
released. Apache Hadoop 2.7.4 is now available for download from Apache
mirrors:

This is the next release of Apache Hadoop 2.7 line. It is a successor to
the previous stable release 2.7.3, which was available since August 25,
2016. Apache Hadoop 2.7.4 includes 264 issues fixed after the 2.7.3 release,
which are critical bug fixes and major optimizations. See Release Notes for
