with a html producer.

Ah ah yes vi is probably the "best" ....
But if you need some more sophisticated like a WYSIWYG supporting more
than one DTD you can try AMAYA (www.W3C.org).

I'm the one with the 9 inch fingers that bend in 6 places so I can do key 
sequences with one hand :).
