Updated the list to include all the wiki.apache.org links in the Ref Guide I fixed a few weeks ago.

> This page needs to be rewritten anyways. expath.txt is gone also updating most of the stuff described here is no longer needed. The update of htaccess is also done automatically now if you update version numbers in the pelican cofig file.
