@AxelSync as far as I can tell you're right - it's no longer used. The `SchedulingContext` interface is referenced in a handful of places, because it is implemented by a few classes, but it never is used. Can probably go ahead and delete the interface as well and just remove the `implements SchedulingContext` from the impl's, and delete those methods, as well. You're welcome to do so as part of this PR, or if you prefer we could spawn a new Jira to address that.
