java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException when using marshall with Jaxp transform

Hi,
I tried to duplicate the Marshall example and I am getting a

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException error.

I suspect this is something to do with an empty file or something but
would really appreciate some hints from someone.

Please file a bug report in Jira, attach the schema and a sample program.
