Issues upgrading from 2.0 to 2.0.2 - i18n

but in another 2.0 publication this does not fix the missing labels ("untranslated")...
after some hours of digging around in the whole system, comparing the publication with the default and the other working one of us I found that the missing namespace-declarations in the catalogues in our custom modules was responsible for that.
After fixing that all i18n-texts worked well again.
That's what is working now: <catalogue xml:lang="en" xmlns="http://apache.org/cocoon/i18n/2.1">

Another issue seems also to be caused by this: each time I edited a meta-field and left the field I got a JavaScript-alert with "an error occured" and the changes were not saved. In the other pubs (without the i18n issue) that feature worked well.
After the described fix this error was also gone and the chages are saved.

Maybe this report can save someone else some hours :-)
