[VOTE] [RESULT] Release Apache Mesos 0.14.2 (rc2)

Sorry for the delay here, this release has passed with the following votes:

+1 (binding)
Benjamin Mahler
Benjamin Hindman
Vinod Kone

+1 (non-binding)
Ian Downes

No 0 or -1 votes.

Please find the release here: http://www.apache.org/dist/mesos/0.14.2 or
preferably using a mirror from http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi

The 0.14.2 JAR has been made available on Maven Central.

I've passed the torch on to Dave Lester to update the website / blog with
