Description	

Some customers have demonstrated a need for a mechanism
that caches discovered services, but which does not employ the remote
event mechanism of the various discovered lookup services. These customers
have built systems that have scaled in such a way that the amount of
event traffic that is generated when using the current LookupCache is
both unnecessary and burdensome.
