    Thanks. Now I just have to ask that you squash the two commits into a single one, and make sure you're rebased on top of master once you do that - then I'll be able to merge this.

    I am seeing the below failure in AppVeyor build after squishing the commits, is there a way to restart the AppVeyor build?

    Yeah, it seems like Github has been malfunctioning today..
    
    I don't have permissions for the AppVeyor account, only Apache Infra does; Supposedly it's easiest to simply re-push (after "modifying" the commit, e.g. by empty rebase).
    Since this is only a README change, though, we could simply merge despite the tests having failed. It's simply less pretty to see the red X :)
    
    Up to you, let me know whether you'd like to push again or I should merge right now

    This change should also be applied to the other platforms - i.e. it should be "apache-ariatosca" on centos/windows/.. as well.
