SVG to JPG or PNG do not render in PDF

Hi all,

 

I am trying to resolve a problem rendering SVG files as .PNG or .JPG in the
PDF documents of my Forrest site.

 

I am using version 0.7 and have followed the advice in the FAQs at
http://forrest.apache.org/docs_0_70/faq.html#pdf_images but to no avail.

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem and solved it, if so how?
