Office
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=124637
Issue ID: 124637
Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Cannot uninstall/update my version of Open Office
Product: Installation
Version: 4.0.0
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows, all
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: critical
Priority: P3
Component: update notifications
Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
Reporter: valkyriefairy@gmail.com
I have had this issue where i cannot update or uninstall my version of Open
Office for a while. I have tried every possible thing to remove it so I can re
install it but it always comes up with an error that it is currently open yet
when i check my task manage there are no Open Office processes running.
I am currently without Word Document software because of this and it would be
great if there is a fix.

What is your Windows version?
Do you have administrator rights?
Can you uninstall other programs?
Where did you download the installation file?
