NTLM Authentication for Multiple users
Hi All,
Our app supports NTLM authentication. I tried to run my recorded
scenario for 5 users. Always the first user inputs are processed well.
For other users, recorded actions are not processed.
I have done searches through google and on JMeter mailing list. But
those are not helpful.. How can I solve it? What are the changes
required?
Thanks & Regards,
Palani Selvam

I don't have a whole lot of experience with NTLM, but there's an open source
NTLM proxy, "cntlm" (http://cntlm.sourceforge.net/) which you might be able
to leverage for this purpose. You could try just configuring your test to
use this proxy and see if that works. If there isn't a jmeter plugin that
handles ntlm already, someone could probably use the source as the
foundation for one. Assuming that there's not a suitable java library that
could be used instead...

Hi Anie,
Now changed the IE settings to get the userid/pwd, before loading a
page.
We are unable to record entering user credentials. How can we record it
or what changes should I do to run the scripts.?
Thanks & Regards,
Palani Selvam

Selvam,
You can use "Http Authorization Manager" and " Http cookie Manager" to
solve
this issue. Give base url of your login page, user name and password
required number of users. Cookie manager will manage the required cookie
if
required and you should be able to login.
I used it for my website testing, which is Active directory enabled to
create user load for multiple login.
