   We do not currently build a Python source distribution that we can release on PyPi.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Update GitHub workflow to create Python source distribution.
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   Just publish wheels
   
   **Additional context**
   None
