 .\gradlew -p solr\solr-ref-guide buildSite{code}
Compiles for me cleanly now (no warnings).

There are link validation errors when I run:
{code:java}
.\gradlew -p solr\solr-ref-guide bareBonesHtmlValidation {code}
but these seem unrelated.
