security only for nodes with mix:referenceable?
Since the access manager takes a NodeId as parameter in it's permission
check methods, is the assumption that only nodes with nodetype
mix:referenceable can be under access control correct?

no. every node has a nodeid. but only the Node.getUUID() "works" for
those that are referenceable.
