MP3 files in Apache distributions

Hi,

The olio project ships mp3 files and rat doesn't know quite what to do  
with them.

Neither do I. Apparently, mp3 files can contain some text in them. For  
example, this is from the rat report on olio 0.2:

This binary continues for a few pages.

So what do we expect of mp3 files? I'm no expert.
