I am going to implement JCS in my Application. My application is deployed on WAS server and it runs on 2 clusters.Can we configure JCS to cluster across multiple boxes? If so, please let me know how to do the configuration for this. In the JCS documentation i could not find this info.

It's better to simply mail the user mailing list with questions like this.
Also, you should read the docs.
It all depends on what you mean by "Cluster." Read the docs and then send a message to the user's mailing list.
