de-build.xml'ing

Hi, do we still need this file: 
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/incubator/jspwiki/trunk/build.xml?revision=1486481&view=markup

Also, can I remove all the sign-jar/signature stuff from our remaining 
build.xml -- is what we have for Maven good enough? (seems to be...)

Hi,

yep for both files, IMO. As for the second file, the init-test target can
also be deleted, I've noticed it only performs tasks related to Selenium
tests execution
