StaticSerialization.writeClass class processOutgoingClassName to change the name of a class for old clients.

But StaticSerialization.readClass does not call processIncomingClassName.

Practically speaking, this means that using a MembershipLocator configured with a DSFIDSerializer that is not InternalDataSerializer cannot read VersionRequests, because these classes get their name swizzed during serialization. InternalDataSerializer has it's own class name swizzling call.
