[C2] C2 web site.

Hi Team,

We should update the web site.
http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/cocoon2.html - Generated by xdocs in C1's CVS
http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/cocoon2/ & everything below - Generated from xdocs in xml-cocoon2's
CVS

Proposal:
1. Copy stuff from C1's cocoon2.xml into C2's (both 2.0 & 2.1) index.xml
2. Point the link in C1's Left Hand Gutter to directly to
http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/cocoon2/index.html
3. Regenerate the C1 web-site. (http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/)
4. Regenerate the C2 web-site. (http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/cocoon2/)

If this is ok, please let me know. I will do it.

Thanks,
dims

Why don't to put a link directly on http://xml.apache.org to c2 web site?
There are separate links for Xerces 1 and 2, etc., so maybe it'd better to
have the same sub-root for both Cocoons and it would be easier to use
relative links in documents to common resources, e.g. Mailing Lists page.

Ok, lets order the site first and in the meantime I'll check out how to
get C2 at the top of xml.apache.org
