As far as I can tell from https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ORC-344 and the PR https://github.com/apache/orc/pull/250/files, the changes to add support for `Decimal64ColumnVector` should be invisible to us and shouldn't need handling [here](https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/blob/master/extensions-core/orc-extensions/src/main/java/org/apache/druid/data/input/orc/OrcStructConverter.java#L87), and don't think we should be affected by the known issue since we don't use any ORC readers directly.
