   - I noticed that some error messages are printed with wlinfo()
   - This commit prints such error messages with wlerr()
   
   ## Impact
   
   - No impact
   
   ## Testing
   
   - Tested with spresense:wifi
   - NOTE: CONFIG_DEBUG_WIRELESS_ERROR must be enabled
